About Me
I am Brice Hong. Experienced System Manager with 27 years of expertise integrating Java and Visual Studio .NET systems with SAP ERP and CRM across diverse industries. My career began in Korea, where I developed deep expertise in SAP as both an SD consultant and ABAP programmer, later progressing as a CRM consultant and ABAP programmer for Samsung SDS Europe in London. I have led major projects in Online Sales, Campaign Design (Visual Studio .NET), Logistics (WMS, SAP, EAI), EU CRM, Samsung’s Legal Management, Trade Place, EDI, and ERP systems.
Certified in SAP SD, ABAP, Java, and ITIL, I apply Prince2 methodologies in managing complex, large-scale projects and ensure seamless system operations post-implementation. Effective communication has been central to my approach, enabling me to resolve issues efficiently, adhere to timelines, and maintain high standards of service. My focus remains on fostering satisfaction and trust among clients and project teams alike.
